Spectacular beach views, prime location by the beach, stunning sunsets from terrace rooms

The check-in process could use a major overhaul!!! It took far too long, and the weak air conditioning is a real bummer in warm weather. Maintenance of public spaces, especially the lobby bathrooms, needs serious attention too!!!

The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the personalized birthday gesture made me feel special. However, the noisy environment disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the 24-hour reception, bar area, and great wi-fi. The staff even helped me find my way the first time I stayed, which I appreciate. Highly recommend the breakfast!...

Amazing breakfast buffet, attentive staff.

Location right by the beach makes it easy to enjoy the sun. The air conditioning system didn't work well during our stay. Enjoyed the convenience of bike rentals for local exploring. Breakfast had a great variety of local food options.

We stayed here with our three kids and loved the easy access to the beach and the lovely promenade views. The kids had a fantastic time at the nearby Aquarium, which made our mornings enjoyable. The breakfast was top-notch, offering...  

Our stay at Melia Maria Pita was fantastic! The room was spacious and had a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and close to local restaurants. The breakfast spread...  

The view from our top-floor room was simply stunning, making our stay worth it. It was great to have access to the beautiful beaches nearby, and the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit outdated. We appreciated the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom and the attentive service from the staff, making our visit enjoyable despite some minor inconveniences.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the Melia Maria Pita, with its spacious, well-lit lobbies, which are perfect for relaxing. Plus, the easy accessibility made navigating the hotel a breeze for someone like me....  

The marinated fish at A Pataca was to die for, an absolute culinary gem! And let’s not forget the super attentive staff who upgraded us to a sea-view room. The killer location just 10 minutes from the city...

Also, the parking fee seemed a bit steep at €25 per night. The staff were helpful, but the check-in process took longer than expected. Still, I appreciated how the staff responded to my concerns. Overall, a nice stay but needs some attention to maintenance.
